SALON POLICY:

SOCIAL GRACES —- Our establishment is an inclusive environment. We do not tolerate discrimination against any race, religion, country of origin, sexual orientation or gender identification.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS —- Please arrive at your appointment with clean hair. Please be mindful of the clothing you choose to wear to your appointment. Wearing thick hoodies, turtlenecks and high collars can impede the hair cutting process. In addition, wearing light colors and delicate fabrics is discouraged. Even when properly draped, there is always a slight possibility that clothing could come in contact with product.

ONLINE BOOKINGS —- Online booking requests are available.. Request any service, when the automated prompt pops up stating we are booked, at the bottom there will be an option to add your name to the waitlist. Choose this option, add your information and we will reach out promptly to book a coordinating consultation and/or appointment.

DEPOSITS —- Deposits may be required for specific services and online bookings. In some cases this deposit may be credited to your future appointment.

CHILDREN & DEPENDENTS —- Our salon is geared toward adult services. We ask that children and dependents not accompany you to your service appointment. With hot tools, chemicals and extremely sharp objects within reach at all times, this policy is in place for the safety of all. We understand that some situations may require special arrangements. Please reach out to your stylist directly for special considerations and accommodation arrangements. This may limit the days and times available for your service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy —

We ask that you cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance if possible. We appreciate the advanced notice, this allows us to reach out to our waitlist and fill in those appointment times. Thank you so much for your support on this! Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less before your appointment start time may be subject to fee equal to 50% of the full service cost and/or forfeiture of your deposit.

REFUNDS —- We do not provide refunds on services rendered. Adjustments on recent services will be granted on a case by case basis. If you feel an adjustment may be needed, please notify us within 3 days of the original date of service.
